Support
One address, read by the person who makes the game: hello@pikubots.com. Most answers come within two working days.
Writing about a problem? Send the pilot name on the account, the phone and its system version, roughly when it happened, and what you saw. That is usually enough to find it in the logs.
Where can I get the game?
The store listings are not open yet. PikuBots is in testing on iPhone. When the App Store and Google Play pages go live, the buttons on the home page will point at them.
What does it cost?
The game is free. Coins and chests are earned by playing. Gems and the season pass can be bought, the pass at one price for one season, and nothing in the game is required to keep playing.
Do I need an account?
To play online, yes: a username and a password, or Sign in with Apple or Google. To play offline against bots, no. Players under 13 get the offline game with no account, by design.
Can I play offline?
Yes. Settings has an offline switch, and the game defaults to online. Offline, matches are against bots and progress is kept on the phone until the next time you go online. Clans, friends and the inbox need the server, so they wait.
I forgot my password
Use the forgot link on the sign-in screen if it is offered on your build. If it is not, or you no longer have the email address on the account, write to hello@pikubots.com from an address you can prove is yours and name the account.
My purchase did not arrive
Open the shop and use Restore. That asks the store again and grants anything already paid for. If it still does not show up, send the store receipt (the App Store or Google Play order id) to hello@pikubots.com.
How do I get a refund?
Refunds are handled by the store that took the payment, under its own rules: use Report a Problem on the App Store, or the order page on Google Play. Refunded items are removed from the account.
Why did I lose the match I quit?
Quitting a match counts as a loss with no coins, no experience and no mission progress. The pause menu says so before it asks you to confirm. It keeps matches whole for everyone else on the field.
Someone is cheating or abusive
Send the pilot name, the clan tag if there is one, and when it happened. Cheating, harassment and abusive names are covered by the terms, and accounts that break them are warned, corrected, suspended or closed.
Delete my account and my data
Two ways, and both are permanent:
- In the game. Settings, then the account row, then delete. Your progress, items and purchases go with the account.
- By email. Write to hello@pikubots.com with the subject "Account deletion request" from the address on the account, or with the pilot name and the store receipt if the account has no email on it. It is done within 30 days and you get a note when it is.
Want a copy of what the account holds, or something on it corrected? Same address, and the privacy policy says what is kept and for how long.
The game runs badly or crashes
Close the app fully and reopen it; if that does not help, reinstall it, which keeps an online account's progress. Then write in with the phone model and the system version. Frame rate and battery reports are welcome and get read.
