Delete your account

This page explains how to delete your PikuBots account. You can delete it in the game or by email.

In the game

Open PikuBots and go to Settings > Account > Delete account, then confirm. Before you confirm, the game shows what will be deleted. Once you confirm, the deletion starts and the game signs you out.

By email

If you no longer have the game, or cannot sign in, write to hello@pikubots.com with the subject "Delete my account". Send it from the email address on your account. If your account has no email address, tell us your in-game name so that we can find it. We may ask you to confirm that the account is yours. We complete the deletion within 30 days and write back when it is done.

What is deleted

Your account identifiers (email address, username, password hash, Apple and Google sign-in links and sessions), your profile and in-game name, your progress, robots, items and in-game currency balances, friends, messages, clan or party membership, settings, and the crash reports linked to your account.

What is kept

The records of purchases and refunds, and of matches already played, kept anonymised: linked to no name or email address. We need them for accounting, refunds and fraud prevention, and keep them only as long as that requires. Deleted data leaves our backups within about 30 days. Currencies and items on a deleted account are lost and cannot be restored or refunded.

Purchases and refunds

Deleting your account does not refund purchases; ask Apple or Google for a refund under their policies. If you used Sign in with Apple, you can also stop using it for PikuBots in your Apple account settings.
